Install Engineering is a producer and supplier of completed pipe systems for heating, air-conditioning and industrial purposes for direct burying in soil and outdoor laying.

    The high-quality preinsulated pipes of Install Engineering are composed of main pipe through which the fluid is transported, insulation layer of polyurethane foam with the lowest coefficient of heat conductivity: 0.020 - 0.028 W/m2K, ensuring to 70% minimizing of losses during heat distribution and jacket pipes preserving insulation and main pipe from extreme ambient impact.

    The main pipe may be manufactured from the following materials:
    - carbon steel;
    - stainless steel;
    - copper;
    - polyethylene;
    - polypropylene;
    - etc.

    The jacket pipe may be manufactured from the following materials:
    - polyethylene of high density for direct burring;
    - spirally folded steel pipe for external installation.

     According to their application all combinations of the mentioned main and jacket pipes are possible.
     For steam and high-temperature liquids the preinsulated pipes are manufactured with double insulation – mineral wool and polyurethane foam.
     Special applications are also possible – pipe with water, steam or electric heat tracing, etc.
     Pipe systems with special purposes may be manufactured depending on type of transportation fluid, operating parameters and specific customer features.

     INSTALL ENGINEERING offers solutions for compensating of pipe temperature elongations through axial bellow compensators with and without coat as well as start-up ones.

    INSTALL ENGINEERING offers different types of preinsulated fittings. They include pre-insulated bends, t-pieces, stop valves, anchors, as well as fiberglass bend shells, flexible bends and t-pieces, heat-shrinkable joints, bands, end caps, etc.

     The pipe systems are supplied with Nordic System for control of pipeline leakages.
