1. Pipe line, connecting the boiler house and heavy oil reservoirs and different steam consumers. The total length of this line is 550 m, consisting of pre-insulated steam pipe DN 150, condensate pipe DN 80 and heavy oil pipe DN 80 including two steam trace heating, all of them of total length 1500 m. Our customer required high efficiency heat insulation and minimal heat losses which formed considerable part of total costs in such kind of pipe lines. Due to high temperature of transported steam our company developed and produced at the production site steam and heavy oil pipes with double layer heat insulation consisting of first layer mineral wool and second layer polyurethane foam. This kind of heat insulation leads to decreasing of product payback period twice and ensuring of the given process parameters – temperature and pressure. Due to the varying terrain and location of production buildings, a part of the pipe line was accomplished above the ground on vertical props, other outside on wall consoles along the production building and third part – under soil direct burring. For the pipes used in outdoor mounting the jacket pipe was hot galvanized spirally folded pipe. For under soil mounting the jacket pipe was of high density polyethylene. The pipe line was appropriate ensured through sliding and fixed points and U compensators. According to modern requirements for energy efficiency the used construction of sliding props avoids the formation of heat bridges. The decline of the pipes provides for their right drainage of condensate. The high reliability of the manufactured and installed preinsulated pipes ensures long-term and flawless operation of the system. |
