    The high-quality of our products is not enough for the dynamic market conditions. Main advantage of a Bulgarian manufacturer is also the quick delivery of products. INSTALL ENGINEERING maintains permanent stock availabilities of approximately 10 km preinsulated pipes and fittings for them.

    Before delivering of the pipes for each of our projects our specialists are capable of giving technical consultations concerning operation modes, calculations for loading and expansionq as well as heating losses according to our client’s demands, including design. In all cases INSTALL ENGINEERING is by your side.

    Our products are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation that certifies the origin and quality of the materials used and the ready products. The technological process of manufacturing is carried out in compliance with the regulations provided in ISO 9001 : 2000 and observing the European Directives for preinsulated pipes and fittings. The quality of the manufactured products is tested through permanent tests by Independent laboratories as well as our own.

    All materials used in our production аre subject to and pass through quality control in our company. We control the quality of separate parameters such as wall thickness of steel pipe, density of insulation foam, wall thickness of polyethylene pipe, constant thickness of insulation layer.

    During production process we carry out quality control of: tensile strength, compression, elasticity and adhesion of insulation, radiograph control of preinsulated fittings. All our products are accompanied by relevant quality certificates, certificates of origin in compliance with the new amendments in EN.

    Our products are manufactured in accordance with the following European Directives:
    - Preinsulated pipes EN 253:2003
    - Fittings EN 448:2003
    - Valves EN 488:2003
    - Joints EN 489:2003

    We think that the accomplishment of a certain production in compliance with international norms is only the minimum binding rule in our wish to initiate our own standard.
